Garry Robert Yeich, Sr., 77, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, July 5th, at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Allentown.
Born in Pottsville on April 23, 1946, he was a son of the late Samuel & Velma (Shoener) Yeich.
He was the husband of Carolyn Lynn (Leiby) Yeich.
Garry was a 1964 graduate of Blue Mountain High School.
He was a member of Zion's Red Church, Orwigsburg. Garry also belonged to the East Ward Social Club, Schuylkill Haven, the Landingville Community Fire Company, and The Moose, Hamburg. He enjoyed frequently visiting Hollywood Casino, Grantville.
Garry had served in the U.S. Navy.
He had been employed as pattern storage leader by the Pennsylvania Steel Foundry & Machine Company, Hamburg for 45 years.
In addition to his wife, Garry is also survived by a son, Garry R. Yeich, Jr., husband of Amanda, of Pottsville; a daughter, Shannon, wife of Ron Thompson, of Pottsville, two grandchildren: Kailyn, & Chase, an uncle, Ray Yeich, husband of Dorothy, of Mechanicsburg, and his beloved dog, Harper.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a grandson, Gage Robert Yeich, & a brother, Ronald Yeich.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 11th at 10:30 AM at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven. A viewing will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
Ann M. Love, 71, of Natale Court, Pine Grove, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at home.
Born on July 3, 1951 in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Eva Ferrebee Young.
She had been a member of Hetzel's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.
Ann worked at the Truck Stop in Pine Grove as a weight master.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 46 years, Richard A. Love, Sr.; a son, John Love; and a sister Janet Nagle.
Surviving are two sons, Richard A. Jr. and wife Sharon Love, Steven Love; a daughter-in-law, Tammy Love; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; three sisters, June Gerber of Sellersville, Dorothy Wolfe of Pine Grove, Donna Buchter of Stevens; a brother, Charles Young of Rexmont; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Tom R. Jones, 65 years of age formerly of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 as a guest of Pottsville Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr.
Born Friday, December 27, 1957 in Warren, Michigan son of the late Thomas R., and Miriam (Chadbourne) Jones.
Surviving are sisters, Marjorie Smith, and Patricia Nolter.

Donna M. Beury, 64, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday evening July 4th at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
Born in Pottsville on March 24, 1959 she was the daughter Beverly (Heffner) and the late Robert Blackwell.
Donna graduated North Schuylkill High School in 1977.
She was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church-Ashland.
Donna worked as a waitress for the Blu Tavern Restaurant in Llewellyn for many years.
Donna enjoyed bowling, crocheting and vacationing. She had many trips to Disney, Las Vegas, Universal Studios, and to the Don K dude ranch in Colorado where she loved riding the horses.
She enjoyed playing Rummy with her mom. Donna was also very proud of her grandchildren who were a big part of her life.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother Robbie Blackwell.
She is survived by; mother Beverly Blackwell, Fountain Springs; son Carl D. Beury (Chrystal Nelson), Ashland; daughter Danielle Beury, Ashland; former spouse Carl R. Beury (Colette), Ashland; significant other George Slane, Ashland; grandchildren Logan, Zoe, Issiac, and Ashton; brother Ricky Blackwell (Mary), Girardville; brother Ronnie Blackwell, Pottsville; brother Stevie Blackwell (Diane), Ashland; brother Jeffrey Blackwell, Pottsville; sister Nancy Tankalavage, Shenandoah; sister Debbie Harner (Arnie), Lavelle; sister Janet Burda, Shenandoah; many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A viewing for family and friends will be held Sunday evening July 9th from 6-8 PM at the funeral home and Monday morning July 10th from 10-11 AM at the church. A funeral service will be held Monday July 10th at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 35 N 9th St, Ashland PA 17921. Burial will follow services at Schuylkill Memorial Park, 75 Memorial Drive, Schuylkill Haven PA 17972.
