WEST MAHANOY TOWNSHIP - The victim in a fatal crash early Monday morning on Route 924 has been identified.
The crash occurred just before 4:15am in the southbound lanes of Route 924 that involved one vehicle that ejected the 4 occupants inside.
Frackville's Good Will Fire Company members were returning from a fire in Shenandoah when they found the crash.
Three of the occupants were seriously injured and transported to the Redners Markets parking lot where they were flown to area hospitals.
Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak was called to the scene for the 4th victim in the crash.
Szczyglak says he identified the victim as 18-year-old Jenna Sallade of Mahanoy City. She was a recent graduate of North Schuylkill High School.
The identities of the three other victims was not released as of this posting.
The roadway has been closed since the crash occurred with the Pennsylvania State Police from Frackville at the scene investigating.
