Route 924 is closed Monday afternoon for a reported fatal crash in East Union Township.
The crash occurred just after 1:30pm, Monday on Route 924 on the Sheppton Mountain between Brandonville and Sheppton.
The crash involves two vehicles that appear to have struck head-on. There is one reported injury from one vehicle and a Class 5 patient in the other.
A Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner has been requested to the scene.
Route 924 will be closed from Brandon Street in Sheppton to Phineyville Road for an extended period of time.
