A collapsing home in Mahanoy City has closed several streets.
Around 7:00pm, Thursday, emergency personnel were called to the area of Mahanoy Street and A Street for a report of a structural collapse.
Emergency personnel arrived to find the wall of the home at 338 West Mahanoy Street had collapsed.
Code enforcement also responded to the scene and the fire department closed both streets with caution tape.
As of 9:45pm, more of the home continued to collapse. The home was vacant.
