Robert “Jos” J. Myers, 70, of New Ringgold, formerly of Norristown, passed away August 31, 2023.
Robert was born in Philadelphia, on November 18, 1952, a son of the late Marcia Mary (Salmons) and Robert James Myers.
He was the widower of Donna J. (Weigner) Myers. She passed away May 18, 2019. They were married for over 47 years.
He was of the Christian faith. Robert graduated from Norristown Area High School, Class of 1970 and attended Montgomery County Community College. He was a guitar teacher for over 30 years.
Robert is survived by his son, Joshua Myers, husband of Joann; sister, Dorothy Myers and a brother, Albert Myers , husband of Darlene.
He is also survived by his grandchildren Anthony Schulz, Johann Myers and Julianna Myers and his great grandson Anthony Schulz, Jr.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. John's United Church of Christ in Orwigsburg, with Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating on Thursday, September 7 at 11 AM. A memorial Gathering will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Orwigsburg Area Free Public Library, 216 West Independence Street, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.

Paul was born in Langenburg, Germany on August 23, 1920, the son of the late Gertrude Elizabeth (Jacoby) and Richard Earnest Huebner.
He was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
He served in the United States Army Air Corp, now the United States Air Force, during World War II as a B17 pilot and instructor.
He began his career at age 17 working in textiles for his father. He took classes at Drexel University in textile management and spent the next 50 years in textiles. He finished his career as a Vice President and General Manager at the former Gold Mills & Penn Dye Company in Pine Grove.
Paul is survived by a daughter, Diana Horton, wife of Terry, of Northville NY, five sons, Paul Huebner, Jr., husband of Donna, of Northville, NY, David Huebner, husband of Elaine M., of Liverpool, NY, Michael Huebner, husband of Elaine D., of Orwigsburg, PA, Kenneth Huebner and James Huebner, both of Orwigsburg, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Josephine B. (Ubowski) Huebner, daughter, Roberta Stramara, granddaughter Paula Huebner, as well as three sisters Gertrude New, Minnie Fryling, and Helen Council.
A Mass of Christina Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, September 6th, at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church in Schuylkill Haven with Rev. Msgr. Edward S. Zemanik officiating. The public is invited to call from 9:15-10:15 in the church chapel. Committal Prayers, with Military Honors, will be at St. Ambrose Mausoleum

Born in Pottsville, April 10, 1984, he was a son of Clyde Meyers and Angela (Griffiths) Andrews.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his Fiancée, Carrie Marrie Overton, his 4 sons, Dakota James Meyers, Justin Michael Meyers, Jr., Jae’Vonte Marquis Meyers, Jae’ Vonni Mykel Meyers, and his 4 daughters, Angel Marie Himes, Hailey Marie Grant, Mackenzie Marie Meyers, and Akasha Marrie Meyers, along with his brother, Corey Meyers and his Fiancée, Patricia Greene, his nephews Zakk and Mason, and his 3 grandchildren, Jace Huben, Paisley Grace Meyers and William Michael.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM, from the Nice-Hart Funeral Home Inc., 9 North Lehigh Ave., Frackville, PA 17931. Family and friends will be received at 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

Born Tuesday, September 20, 1963 in Fort Sill Oklahoma. She is survived by; mother, Carol Ann "Dolly" (Kulp) Glass; beloved husband; William T. "Bill" Leslie Jr. her husband of 15 years; daughter, Tristynn Eckhart; sons, Travis J. Eckhart, Chris J. Glass and his companion Randi Gresler; brother, Richard Glass and his wife Amy; sisters, Brenda Levan and her husband Brian, Chasity Danner and her husband Matthew; 20 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; Many nieces and nephews: step children, Joshua W. Leslie, Tonya West, wife of Richard, and Sonya Leslie.
Sandi was predeceased by; Father Harold P. Glass; step father, Charles Motto, and step brother, Nicky Motto.
A graduate of Palmerton High School where she was a member of the Color Guard as a flag and rifle twirler. Sandi worked as a CNA home health aide for many years. In retirement she and Bill purchased a Camper and hit the road traveling to many states until her illness. She enjoyed crocheting, antiquing, bottle collecting and researching her family’s genealogy. Her dog Boo was a constant companion.
Sandi was a devoted Wife, Nanna, and loving mother.

He is survived by his Son Theodore Bogosh III, and his companion Deb Billman, Daughter Betty Renninger and her husband Dale, 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. He was known to his beloved family and their friends as Gedo. He is also Survived by many nieces and nephews. Teddy was Definitely young at heart, loved a good joke, touched the lives of so many people and was loved by all.
Teddy was a WWII Navy veteran, having served in the Atlantic and Pacific as a Senor Motor Machinist Mate aboard the USS Cates DE-763 and other vessels. Teddy was the proprietor of the Bogash Café, A very popular meeting place for friends and family until it burned down in the 1980's. He drove trucks for local coal companies, worked for Bethlehem Steel, and had his own roof coating business for years. Teddy then worked as a welder at Dana/Parish in Reading for 24 years with loyal service, retiring in 1988.
Even though Teddy formally retired he continued to be very active working with his son's tree service business and remained very social throughout the community. Teddy was an active member of St Mary's Russian Orthodox Church of Coaldale, Patton VFW post #5069 in Andreas, Auburn American Legion, Post #895, and West Penn Rod and Gun Club and their Pool team.

A visitation will occur on the morning of services from 10:00 A.M. until time of services, and on Thursday evening September 7, 2023 from 6 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Parastas Services will be held on Thursday evening September 7, 2023 at 7:30 P.M. Rev. James Wermedic to officiate.
Interment with Military Honors to be bestowed at Sky-View Memorial Park Tamaqua Pennsylvania.

Lee also had a genuine love for his community, for sports, and for his country. He was a proud Navy Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict on the USS Gainard, DD706. Lee never left home without wearing his USS Gainard ballcap. There are at least five caps in his collection, ranging from worn out and faded to the newest one he was wearing during the last week of his life. Lee was a member of American Legion, Post 468 of Tower City. He served as Commander of that post in 1968 and was a constant presence at flag burning ceremonies, graveside ceremonies, and marching in parades through the town he loved and lived in. As a young man, Lee was a star basketball player for Tower City High School. Both of Lee’s sons, Gary and Bryon, enjoyed the sport as well and Lee and Betty Ann never missed a game. Truth be told, Lee loved all sports. He was an avid supporter of Williams Valley football, baseball, basketball, and softball. In the 1970’s during the Coach Elder era, Lee served as WV Football Booster President. He also coached Little League – the “mighty mighty Pirates.” In his later years, his support continued. Faithful friends made sure he had a ride to football and softball games, where he was a regular amongst a group of fans enjoying an after-game beer at the Legion.
He was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Tower City. He and Betty Ann, also a lifelong member, were married there in 1963, raised their children in the church, and attended religiously until they both no longer could. Lee loved his church family. His legacy in church will always be pestering the kids sitting in the pew in front of him. Lee’s heart may have given out on him in the end, but it never got old.
Lee had many jobs in his life, but his most steadfast employment was as a machinist at American Can Company in Lemoyne. He retired from American Can after 35 years. After retirement, Lee and Betty Ann could regularly be seen walking through town. He scored himself a part-time job at K&S Grocery, helping Carl Savage make potato filling and using his woodworking skills to build displays for the grocery store. Lee also enjoyed rocking on his porch swing and waving or talking to passersby. Lee’s oldest sister Miriam once said, “There’s something about rocking back and forth that’s good for you.” Lee knew she was right.
Lee leaves the physical world to enter the kingdom of Heaven after a long life filled with family, friends, struggles, fellowship, blessings, and community. During those times when he was sick, he often said, “I had a good life.” He was grateful for his life, but no more grateful than those who loved and cherished him best.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth Ann Lebo Houtz. He was Dad to Gary Houtz and wife Teena, Tammy Houtz Russell, and Bryon Houtz and wife Kelley. He was Pop-Pop and Pap to Matt Houtz and wife Alyssa; Jordan Houtz Nauss and husband Jack; Katelyn Russell Savage and husband Patrick; Nathan Russell, Brady Houtz, and Amber Keim and husband Robbie; great-grandchildren Elleena Houtz, Max Nauss, Nora Nauss, Taylor Burger, Jayden Cole, Gavin Keim, and Deklan Keim. He also loved and cherished his niece Cindy Houtz Welsh and her husband John. Cindy, like her dad Donald during his lifetime, is a true family caregiver in so many ways. She and John took such good care of both Lee and Betty Ann over the years. Lee was also grateful for Christine Reiner and others who in his last years, made sure he could worship every Sunday.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM from St Pauls Lutheran Church, Tower City. Visitation will be from 10-11. Immediately following the services, a luncheon and time of fellowship will be held in the church social hall. Burial with full military honors will be held at 2:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
