The festival, which originally planned for a morning start, didn't let the rain ruin their fun filled event and was moved to the afternoon.
Rainy weather greeted early festivalgoers, but as the day unfolded, the clouds gave way to sunshine. As the clouds broke and the sun began to shine, families came out to enjoy some autumn fun.
The event featured food stands from local community organizations.
Kids were able to get their faces painted and also paint a pumpkin.
