A portion of Dutchtown Road is closed in Butler Township for a minor train derailment.
Around 2:15pm, Monday, emergency personnel were called to the train crossing on Dutchtown Road near Gordon Road for a report a derailment along with a brush fire.
Fire personnel arrived and found no brush fire but a train stuck blocking the road.
It was determined a wheel from one of the cars came off the tracks, stranding the train where it was.
Butler Township, Police, and train officials remain at the scene and expect the road to be closed for an extended period of time.
