Shenandoah Valley and North Schuylkill have announced that some of their musicians have been selected to take part in the first ever Northumberland-Schuylkill Regional Honors Band Festival.
The festival will take place on Friday, February 2, 2024, at Line Mountain High School, Herndon, PA, under the direction of guest conductor Dr. William Kenny, Professor of Music at Bucknell University.The Blue Devils and Spartans will join students from Shamokin, Mount Carmel, and Line Mountain for the festival.
