She was born on Thursday, December 22, 1938, in Pitman, a daughter of the late B Franklin Brosius and the late Lena M (Herb) Brosius.
She was a 1956 graduate of Tri-Valley High School, finishing at the top of her class.
Christina was secretary/treasurer of Upper Mahantongo Twp for many years. She also worked at Masser's Restaurant, Paxions, on the family farm, at Tri-Valley Radio Shack, Valley View, and drove school bus.
She was a member of Christ Church, Leck Kill.
Christina enjoyed playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, socializing with family and friends, crocheting, cooking, canning, horse racing, was an avid Phillies fan, NASCAR fan, Jeff Gordon's #1 fan, and above all she loved being a mom. She was a resident at School Yard Square, Pine Grove, for a year, where she treasured her time with her new friends, who became part of her extended family.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Mitchell Masser and Brent Masser, and two brothers Robert and David Brosius.
She is survived by two daughters, Penny K Rissinger and her husband Scott of Annville and Angela A Byrne and her husband Jim of Jacksonville, FL; a son, Philip J Masser and his wife Bonnie of Elysburg; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Jacob's Cemetery, Pitman.
A public Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Jack's Spot, 1071 Vista Road, Pitman, on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA , 18 Wertz Dr, Pine Grove, PA 17963.

Bucky was born on November 25, 1947, a son of the late William and Emma (Shoup) Sherman. He was a graduate of the West Hazleton high school, and was retired, having been last employed as a long time welder for the former Pine Grove Homes.
Bucky enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and picking mushrooms. He was a member of the Shenandoah Fish and Game Club.
In addition to his parents, Bucky was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Sherman in 1995.
He is survived by two sons, Timothy and Bryan, both of Zion Grove, a granddaughter, Nicole Sherman, and two great grandchildren, James and Hunter. A sister, Judith (Judy) Herman of Quakertown also survives along with nieces and nephews.
A Graveside funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Zion Grove. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery prior to the service. The Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home is assisting Bucky's family during this time of need.
