Born in Lykens, PA on October 17, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Clarence & Mary (Minnich) Enders.
She was the widow of Arthur Nagle.
Melba is also preceded in death by her son, Robert R. Nagle, and sister, Arlene Klinger.
She was a graduate of Lykens High School.
Melba worked in the garment industry many years prior to owning Mel's Bar & Grill, Minersville, & Bob's Restaurant, Deer Lake.
Devoted to her family, Melba is survived by her daughter, Patty J. Nagle, of Orwigsburg; & son, Jerry L., husband of Janet Enders, four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, loving nephew, Danny Bopp, & niece, Judy Kleinfelter.
Melba was fun-loving and enjoyed entertaining. She loved to sing and dance. She also enjoyed cooking. Melba proudly served as a Peer Resident at Seton Manor, Orwigsburg.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, December 8th at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with Pastor Jack Murray officiating. A viewing will be held from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Zion Red Church Cemetery, Orwigsburg.

Doris C. Dehner, 91, loving wife, mother and Baba, passed away peacefully in her Pottsville home of 61 years surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023.
Doris was born in Pottsville on January 26, 1932, a daughter of the late Roy and Catherine (Shell) Hughes. She attended Pottsville area school, and was a long time homemaker, working for a short time at the Pottsville Box Factory and at Bayshore Knitting Mills in Schuylkill Haven.
She was a member of St. Patrick's church in Pottsville, and loved animals, raising pets of all kinds.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life for 66 years, Francis Dehner on November 4, 2014; a son John Dehner in 2021; two sisters, Catherine Garrett and Betty Russell; and two granddaughters, Kelsey Nicole Mills and Kandas Daisy Ebert.
She is survived by her son, David Dehner and his wife Barb of Lake Wynonah; a daughter, Virginia, wife of Paul Ebert of Pottsville; a daughter in law, Barbara L. Dehner of Waynesburg, PA; a sister Mildred (sis) Potts of Saint Clair, a sister Gladys, wife of Elmer Davis of Schuylkill Haven and a sister In Law, Maryanne, wife of Ed Polek of Shenandoah. She leaves to cherish her memory, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews and her best friend Debbie Dehner.
Doris will be laid to rest at the Calvary Cemetery in Pottsville, during private family services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Doris are asked to be made to Strays No More, PO Box 114, Valley View, PA.

Brenda B. Kimmel, 69 of W. Pine Meadow Dr. Pine Grove, passed away in Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.
Born on January 29, 1954 in Ravine, she was a daughter of the late William and Irene Reichert Kimmel.
She was a 1971 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.
Brenda was a Beautician.
She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
Surviving are aunts and cousins.
Per Brenda's request there will be no services. Interment will be with her parents in Schuylkill Memorial Park Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 244 Tremont Rd., Pine Grove, PA 17963 in her memory.

Catherine Mary Sema, age 86, of Mahanoy City, passed away peacefully Monday morning at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. & Catherine (Derrish) Moore. She was a 1955 graduate of Mahanoy City High School and a 1958 graduate of St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in Trenton NJ and worked as a nurse for 40 years. She was a lifelong member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City and the Woman's Guild of the Church. She was a member of the Catholic Nurses Association. Catherine was an avid Phillies fan. She took pride in caring for her home and family. Her favorite pastimes were reading and baking especially her mother's pumpkin pie.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years Michael. Children: Kathleen Wettstein, Michael Sema and his wife Tammy and Judith Illingworth and her husband John, a brother Thomas J. Moore a niece Danielle M. Moore and 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews through marriage.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated by the Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher on Thursday morning at 11 AM from St. Teresa of Calcutta Church. Interment will follow at Sky View Memorial Park in Hometown. Friends may call at the church on Thursday morning beginning at 9:30 AM. Contributions in her name to St. Luke's Hospice would be appreciated by the family and will be accepted at the visitation.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, September 9, 2006, he was the son of Ronald Maichle, Jr. and Michelle Ramer McConnell. RJ was the type of son that any parent would be proud to call their own.
He was currently a junior at Upper Dauphin Area High School.
RJ could often be found playing video games, listening to country music, and hanging out with his friends, calling themselves "The Amish Monkeys." He enjoyed hunting and was an avid LA Rams fan. RJ had a talent for being able to build anything he set his mind to. He will be remembered for his heart of gold and being a genuinely good person.
Surviving are his parents, Ronald Maichle, Jr., and his companion, Atha Griffin, Jacksonville, FL, and Michelle Ramer McConnell and her husband Matthew, Gratz; one brother, Austin Maichle, Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Tiffany Maichle, Jacksonville, FL, and Sarah Heim, Elizabethville; a nephew, Marcus; two stepbrothers, Hunter and Gavin McConnell, Tremont; grandparents, Gloria Brown and Robert Wilson, Halifax, Robert Brown, Halifax, Ronald Maichle Sr., Jacksonville, FL, and Hannah Maichle, Jacksonville, FL; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
RJ's life will be celebrated on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home, Tower City. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM at the chapel.

Kenneth C Woehrle, age 94, of Valley View, formerly of Tobyhanna, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Providence Place, Pine Grove.
He was born on Saturday, December 15, 1928, in Tobyhanna, a son of the late Albert F Woehrle and the late Edith A (Strunk) Woehrle.
He served in the US Army during World War II.
Ken and his late brother, Harold, owned HandK Woehrle Brothers Construction, Pocono Lake.
He was of the Methodist Faith.
Ken was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, and loved snowmobiling.
His wife of 71 years, Meredith M (Stoddard) Woehrle, passed away in 2022. He was also preceded in death by his parents; two grandchildren, Alyssa Freeman and Ryan Hall, a twin brother, David A Woehrle, and brothers, Chester Woehrle, Harold Woehrle, and William Woehrle, a sister, Mary Smith, and two son in laws, Franklin Andrews and Francis "Chris" Keller.
He is survived by four daughters, Deborah L Minnich and her husband Tim of Hegins, Pamela A Martucci and her husband Joseph of Gouldsboro, Kelly J Bari of Valley View, and Karen M Miller and her husband John of Pitman; five grandchildren, Monica Martucci-Fagan, Anthony Martucci, Kirstie Hall, Alex Freeman, and Stephanie Belka; a great-grandchild, Kairi Hall; and several nieces and nephews.
As per Ken's wishes there will be no services.

Bernadette A. Kalenkoski, 78, a resident of Pottsville, passed away on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023.
Bernadette was born in Shenandoah on April 15, 1945, a daughter of the late Albert and Dorothy (Coyle) Lawson. She attended the JW Cooper School in Shenandoah, and later went on to receive her Certified Nursing Assistant Certification. She started her career in healthcare at the former Rest Haven Nursing Center, and later worked at various facilities though out the area.
Bernadette was a member of the Salvation Army of Pottsville, strong in her beliefs and was faithful in reading her bible and sharing witness to her faith. In her leisure time, she enjoyed crocheting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gene Zimmerman, a grandson, AJ Zimmerman and her sister, LaVerne Yackel.
Bernadette is survived by her children, Genine (Mark) Yurcho; Gina 'Angel' Mays; Al Zimmerman; Dan (Dina) Zimmerman; Jude (Sean) Kalenkoski and Jonathan (Melissa) Kalenkoski, along with a daughter in-law, Renee. Her legacy lives on with her 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, and she was anticipating the arrival of another grandchild and another great grandchild. One niece and one nephew survive.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at 11 AM on Friday, December 8th at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown. A viewing will be held from 10-11 AM prior to the service, and Bernadette will be laid to rest at the Our Lady of Dawn Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are asked to be made to the Pottsville Salvation Army, in Memory of Bernadette.

Marlene A. Doyle, 81, of Minersville, passed away peacefully November 22, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family and loving husband of 62 years.
Born in Brooklyn, NY November 6, 1942.
Attended Nativity BVM High School Pottsville and retired as a teachers aide from Llewellyn Elementary School.
Marlene was member of Holy Family Parish of Minersville where she was active in the Outreach Program. She cherished her parish family and friends. Marlene also volunteered for thirteen years at the local hospital.
She is survived by her husband Jerry Doyle; two sons Michael and his wife Tina, Pottsville; Patrick and his companion Cynthia, Minersville; four Grandchildren, Jennie and husband Ryan, Michael and companion Lina, Shauna, Mark and wife Bre; Great grandchildren Brynn and Hayden. A brother Stephen Kazmaryk, New Jersey; two Sisters Julie Snyder and husband Daryl, Tremont; Pauline Zaharis and fiancé Lee Grigalonis, Minersville; two sisters-in-laws Anne Doyle, Minersville and Donna Doyle, Minersville. Special cousins Barbara Sincavage wife of the late Dave Sincavage, Minersville; Nancy Washinsky and husband Dr. Mike, Drums; long time special friend, Sister Catherine; Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Dec 7th at 10:30 AM in St. Michael’s church of Holy Family Parish, 539 Sunbury St. Minersville. Rev. Jason Stokes will officiate. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Holy Family Outreach Program/Food Pantry.
