Tran made contact with Yackenchick, who was nude, who then approached the officer and stood in the living room.
Verbal commands were given to Yackenchick which he did not follow.
More officers arrived and attempted to take Yackenchick into custody but continued to resist and disobey police commands. Due to Yackenchick's actions, three officers were required to take him into custody.
After Yackenchick was secured, Ptlm. Tran spoke to the residents of the home that said they heard the windowpane shatter and they found Yackenchick laying on the floor in the nude. The resident said Yackenchick got up and started walking toward him stating multiple times "I am going to kill you".
