Parking Bans

EAST UNION TOWNSHIP - No Parking Saturday January 6th, 2024, at Noon on the North side of West Pine Street for Snow Ban, remove all vehicles from the evened number side.

FRACKVILLE - Frackville Borough has declared a snow emergency for the impending snowstorm forecasted to begin on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Significant snowfall is forecasted during this storm. This snow emergency will go into effect from 12 pm (Noon) Saturday, January 6, 2024, and last until the end of the storm.

Parking will be PROHIBITED during the snow emergency along all snow emergency routes which are:

• North and South Lehigh Ave. (entire length from Borough Line to Borough Line)
• East and West Oak St. (entire length from Borough Line to Borough Line)

Any vehicle remaining parked on the snow emergency route after 12 pm (Noon) on Saturday January 6, 2024, through the end of the storm, may be TICKETED or TOWED.

MAHANOY CITY - Snow Ban effective Saturday January 6th, 2024, at Noon until Sunday January 7th, 2024, at Noon. 

There will be NO PARKING PERMITTED on Centre, Main, Liberty Hill, and South Streets. Remove all vehicles prior to Noon on Saturday or they will be ticketed and towed.

MCADOO - SNOW BAN - Due to snow predictions of 3 inches and over McAdoo’s SNOW BAN will be in effect starting Saturday at 5:00 pm and end Sunday at 12:00 midnight. 

Residents and Motorists are to PARK on the ODD side of the street unless noted otherwise. 

There is NO PARKING (on either side of the street) ALLOWED on the secondary roads (ALLEYS). Violators of the ban can/will be ticketed and towed.

• North Schuylkill at Whitehall- Varsity only - Saturday, Jan. 6th - Moved up to 11 am
• Tamaqua at Minersville ppd to Jan. 27th

Boys Basketball

• Whitehall at North Schuylkill - Varsity only- Saturday, Jan. 6th - Moved up to 11 am
• Notre Dame East Stroudsburg at Tamaqua has been ppd to Jan. 15th

9th Grade Boys Basketball

• Marian at Tamaqua has been moved up to a 9:30 start in the Athletic Center

Swimming/Diving 

• Salisbury at Tamaqua has been moved up to a 9:00 AM

Varsity Boys Wrestling

• Tamaqua at Hamburg Duals has been cancelled

Varsity Girls Wrestling

• Tamaqua at Palmerton Tournament - on as scheduled
