On Wednesday, a Head Football Coach and Cheerleader from Schuylkill County were named to the Pennsylvania Team Roster of the 2024 Big 33 Classic.
The Big 33 Classic is what some call the "Super Bowl of High School Football". The game will be played on Memorial Day weekend, on Sunday, May 26th.
The event is an all-star football game featuring the top football players in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
The game will take place at Cumberland Valley High School’s Chapman Field in Cumberland County.
During a press conference on Wednesday, the Pennsylvania team's offense, defensive, coaching staff, and cheerleading squad were named.

While no players from Schuylkill County have been named to the team this year, North Schuylkill's Head Football Coach, Wally Hall, has been named to represent District XI as an assistant coach for the team.
Tri-Valley Junior Kelsey Whitmer and Williams Valley Junior Brenna Miller have been named to the Team's Cheerleading Squad.
