Thomas Fore, 76, of Barnesville, PA, passed away Thursday, February 15th, at St Lukes Hospital, Coaldale.Tom was born in Dayton, Oh on December 1, 1947, a son of the late Anna (Picunas) and Thomas Fore.
Graduated from Shenandoah High School Class of 1965 and Moravian College with a Bachelors in Business.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Tom worked for and retired from PPL after 28 Years.
He was the husband of Mary Ellen (Kruszynsky) Fore.
Tom is also survived by a daughter, Samantha Fore, and her Fiancé Joseph McMullin, of New Castle Co; a son, Neil, and his partner Shannon Akers, of Aurora Co;
Tom is also survived by a brother, Ronald, husband of Mary Fore, of Shenandoah, and by 2 Grandchildren Olivia and Trinity.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
Interment at National Cemetery Fort Indiantown Gap Annville, PA.

Irene Kramer, 91, of Orwigsburg, passed away Friday, February 16th, at Geisinger St. Luke's Orwigsburg, Irene was born in West Brunswick Township on September 2, 1932, a daughter of the late Mary (Guzy) and Frank Yurenko. She was the widow of Marlin Kramer. She was a member of New Life Ministries, Schuylkill Haven, and a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School. Before retiring, she worked at Sylray in Orwigsburg. Irene is survived by her daughter, Beverly Zimmerman, and a son,Randy Kramer, husband of Lisa. Irene is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandsons.A memorial service will be held at New Life Ministries on Saturday, March 2nd at 10 AM with Pastor Rodney Glass officiating. Guests are invited from 9-10 AM in the church. Private interment will be at a later date at Drehersville Evangelical Cemetery.

Dolores (Dean) McKenna passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 15,2024.
Dolores was born on November 21, 1931, In Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Daniel C. Dean and Agnes (Huges) Dean.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Joseph A. McKenna. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Robert, his wife Mary, and their daughter Karen.
In addition to her husband, Dolores is also survived by two daughters, Anne, wife of John P. Blasko of Kingston NY and Kate, wife of Michael J Reber, Auburn PA, and granddaughters Bella Blasko, wife of Stuart Tenold, Kingston NY, and Theodora Blasko, Brooklyn, NY.
Dolores graduated from Pottsville Area High School in 1949, and Penn State University in 1953 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Following graduation, she moved to Philadelphia and worked for The Ladies Home Journal. She married Joseph in 1955 and returned to Schuylkill County. She worked as a case worker for the Dept of Public Welfare, while pursuing a master's degree in social work at the University of Pennsylvania until the arrival of her daughters.
Once her daughters were grown, she became a Real Estate Broker at Higgins Associates in Pottsville, where she worked until her retirement.
Dolores enjoyed attending football games with her husband Joe at their alma mater, Penn State, for over 30 years. She and Joe also loved to travel and go to the theater, especially the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia where they had season tickets for may years. She also enjoyed cooking with her husband, one of their favorites being Portuguese Chorizo Stew. She was a member of the Philanthrope Club.
Dolores was fortunate to have a close-knit group of friends that met weekly to play bridge and mahjong. She also enjoyed partnering with her husband playing Pinochle.

The joy of her life was her granddaughters, Bella and Theodora. She was particularly proud of their accomplishments.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 20th at 10:30AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Pottsville , with Rev. Phillip Rogers officiating.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday evening from 6:30-8PM and Tuesday morning from 9-10AM at the Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home in Port Carbon.
Interment will be held private at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery.

Catherine L. “Cathy” Pagnotta, R.N. 64, of Pottsville, died peacefully surrounded by her family at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg.
She was born September 15, 1959, in Pottsville a daughter of Joan Larish Tranquillo, Pottsville and the late Anthony Tranquillo.
She was a graduate of Nativity BVM High School, Pottsville. A graduate of St. Joseph School of Nursing and Cedar Crest College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She was employed by the former Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Pottsville, and the former Schuylkill Health Network, prior to retiring.
Cathy was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, St. Clair.
Throughout her life Cathy enjoyed going on cruises with her husband.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband of 37 years. Giuseppe Pagnotta, Pottsville; a daughter Alessandra Pagnotta and her fiancé Kyrie Rose, Pottsville; her brother, Frank Tranquillo and his wife Ann Marie, Pottsville; a nephew Aaron Tranquillo; aunts, uncles, cousin, and extended family in Italy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11AM from St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, St. Clair, with Msgr. William F. Glosser as celebrant. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 5-7PM Tuesday at James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville and from 9AM-10:15AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Queen of the Universe Cemetery, Pottsville. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Cathy be made to St. Clare of Assisi Memorial Fund 250 E. Hancock St., St. Clair, PA 17970.
