Born Sunday, June 11, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts the son of the late William, and Freda Mae (Eastman) Sullivan. Jim was also predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret H. (Barron) Sullivan on December 9, 2021; great grandson Roman.
Surviving are sons, William E. Sullivan and his wife Renee, John R. Sullivan and his wife Mary; daughters, Debra L. Joseph wife of Kevin, Heather L. Bailey; grandchildren, Calagero "Cee", Ryan, Tori, Talia, Connor, Colin; great grandchildren, Kianna, Troy, and Onyx.
After graduating high school Jim served honorably during the Vietnam War as a Sgt. in the United States Marine Corp. A dispatcher for the Arlington Virginia Police Department, Jim was an avid reader, and enjoyed the companionship of his dog Hazel.
