A Gordon man wanted by multiple law enforcement agencies was taken into custody late last week.
Butler Township Police Lt. Shawn Butler said Glenn Stitzer, 38, of Gordon, was taken into custody without incident in the 500 Block of Hobart Street in Gordon around 9:15pm, on Friday, April 5th, 2024.
Stitzer was wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives, Shenandoah Police, and Ashland Police.
Stitzer was wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives since last year for failing to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse for a status conference for one case and for failing to appear for a preliminary hearing on drug charges before Magisterial District Judge Ed Tarantelli.
Most recently, Stitzer was wanted for his alleged involvement in a burglary at the Shenandoah Family Dollar on March 19th.
After being taken into custody, Stitzer was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison.
