One person was transported after a crash on the Gold Star Highway in Shenandoah Sunday afternoon.
Around 4:15pm, Sunday, emergency personnel were called to area of the Vito Rinaldi Chevrolet on Route 924 for a report of a motor vehicle accident with rollover.
The Rescue Hook and Ladder and Columbia Rescue from Shenandoah responded to the scene along with State Police and police from West Mahanoy Township and Frackville.
Details at the scene were few but the driver of a Chevrolet truck was traveling in the direction of Frackville when he crossed traffic and crashed into several junked vehicles in a car lot.
The truck came to a stopped wedged between two vehicles on its driver's side.
The driver was evaluated by EMS at the scene and transported to the hospital by Shenandoah Ambulance.
State Police are investigating the crash.
