Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate a Schuylkill Haven man.
Emmanuel Louis Smith, 37, is declared an Absconder violating the conditions governing parole and has one active bench warrant for his arrest.
The original charges in this case are Strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck – Felony 2, Simple Assault – Misdemeanor 2 and Harassment – subject other to physical contact – summary offense.
Smith's last known address was 415 East Main Street, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
