Minersville Man Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives
Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate a wanted Minersville man.
James Jerome Hughes, 32, is wanted on two active bench warrants for failing to appear to serve a prison sentence on two separate DUI cases.
Hughes failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on May 14, 2024, to begin serving his sentence as ordered by the Court of Common Pleas. The original charges in this case are Driving Under the Influence: High rate of Alcohol (BAC .10- <.16) – Misdemeanor 1, Careless Driving – Summary, and Safety Restraints – Child under 2 years – Summary.
James Jerome Hughes failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on May 14, 2024 to begin serving his sentence as ordered by the Court of Common Pleas. Hughes last known address was 116 Westwood Street, Minersville and is described as a Black, Non-Hispanic male, 5 feet 9 inches in height and weighs approximately 155 lbs.
