Schuylkill United Way to Hold 7th Annual High School Football Challenge


On Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 5:00 PM in North Schuylkill’s Gosh Orthodontics Stadium, the Schuylkill United Way will hold the 7th Annual High School Football Challenge. 

 All 14 Schuylkill County Football Teams will compete in 7 events to see who will be crowned this year’s overall champion. 

The events include:
  • A Passing Challenge
  • 180 lb Bench Press
  • Long Jump
  • Tire Flip
  • 2-man Sled Relay
  • Farmers Carry
  • Speed Relay
Additionally, this year a Kick Out Contest for the Kickers on the Team has been added.

Over the past 6 years this event has raised over $135,000 for the United Way Student Initiatives.
