St. Clair Man Arrested for Strangulation and Child Endangerment During Domestic Dispute

A St. Clair man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after a domestic assault on Tuesday.

According to St. Clair Police, on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, borough officers were dispatched to North 3rd Street for a report of a physical domestic.

Officers arrived and heard yelling coming from a garage.

Officer Christopher Wallace spoke with the victim who said she was choked by Robert Gutierrez, of St. Clair during an argument.  A 14-year-old attempted to break up the fight, when Gutierrez allegedly began to choke the teen as well.
