A crash in Walker Township near Tamaqua has closed a roadway.
The crash occurred around 11:45am at 350 Wildcat Road in the area of Overlook Drive and Reynolds Road and involves a tanker rollover that was reported to be hauling liquid sugar/molasses. The tanker is reported to be blocking the roadway. The truck involves was on its wheels.
When emergency personnel arrived, the driver was out of the vehicle and walking around and had minor injuries.
Wildcat Road is closed between Valley Road between Route 443 at Zehner's Crossing.
