A missing child has been reported from Park Place Road in Mahanoy Township.
Around 2:15pm, Sunday, emergency personnel were called to Park Place Road near Mahanoy City for a report of a missing child.
The child has been missing for 60 minutes, described as a 1-year-old female wearing a pink shirt and a diaper.
The Mahanoy City Fire Department has been dispatched for a search and rescue.
UPDATE: The child was found safe and transported to the hospital for evaluation.
