On Thursday, Port Carbon held their annual 4th of July Parade.
Residents lined South Coal and Pike Streets as hundreds of participants took part in the parade including first responders, the Pottsville Third Brigade Band, and families that decorated strollers and bikes.
Port Carbon's 4th of July Celebration continues Thursday evening with a fireworks display at dusk by Bixler Pyrotechnics.
