James Bradford Stine, age 77, of Schuylkill Haven, PA passed away Monday, July 15th, 2024 at his home.Born in Pottsville, PA on March 23, 1947, he was the son of the late Howard and Gloria (Keller) Stine.
Jim was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Class of 1965 and then served in the U.S. Air Force as a Sgt in Italy and Fort Meade during the Vietnam War. He worked as a production planner at CARTECH in Reading for 27 years. He was a member of the Schuylkill Haven American Legion and a lifetime member of the Rainbow Hose Company in Schuylkill Haven. Jim loved spending time with his daughter, granddaughters, and furry friends and was an avid coin collector and fisherman when he was in good health.
Jim is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jane Ruth (Lewis) Stine, Schuylkill Haven; a daughter Tanya Jane Kuhn and her husband Chris, Schuylkill Haven; two granddaughters: Taylor and Abigail Jefferson; a sister Cynthia Rhen and her husband Lester, Schuylkill Haven; two brothers: Thomas Stine and his wife Lenore, Bethlehem and Martin Stine and his wife Jackie, Schuylkill Haven; furbaby Natasha; cousin Blaine Evans, Bethlehem; and other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon at 10:30AM on Tuesday July 23rd, with Pastor William Parrish officiating.
Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30AM at the Funeral Home.
Interment with Military Honors will be held at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Schuylkill County Special Olympics at 2159 Avenue C, Suite 2D, Bethlehem, PA 18017 and please specify Team Schuylkill.

Ronald J. Simasek, 87, of McAdoo, passed away Monday at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in McAdoo, he was the son of the late Anthony and Margaret (Ford) Simasek.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served as a Navy medic in the Caribbean, European and Middle Eastern countries.
Prior to retiring, Ronnie was a talented and dedicated Master Carpenter with the Carpenter’s Local #445, and over the years he worked for many area contractors.
He was a former member of the McAdoo Borough Sewer Authority and Kline-Banks-McAdoo Sewer authority.
Ronnie was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved his vacations with his family and grandchildren, and especially enjoyed his trips to Las Vegas.
Preceding him in death was his sister, Margaret Fudge.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Sandra (Ripa) Simasek; son, Ronald A. Simasek and wife Leann, of Mountaintop; daughter, Tracy Paz and husband Roland, of Las Vegas, NV; his beloved grandchildren, Ryan and Neil Simasek, of Las Vegas; sisters, Dorothy Rubasky and Jean Kohler, both of McAdoo; several nieces and nephews; and his furry friend, “Pussycat”,
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 26, at the Damiano Funeral Home, Inc., McAdoo, from 5 to 7 p.m.
