He was born on Tuesday, April 14, 1970, in Pottsville, a son of Dale E Shade and Gail A (Steckley) Shade of Spring Glen.
He was a 1988 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
Jitter was a coal miner for several area coal mines for 31 years and then worked for MI Hegins.
He was a member of the Valley View VFW, Valley View Gun Club, Erdman Sportsman's Club, Austin Sportsman's Club, and many others.
Jitter enjoyed going to the hunting camp in Potter County and spending time with his friends.
Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Cindy A Shertzer and her husband Kenny of Halifax and Stacy L Kline and her husband David of Spring Glen; and nieces and nephews, Gavin, Casey, Nichole, Dustin, Samantha, and Jeremiah.
As per his wishes there will be no services..

She was born in Pottsville on April 6, 1965.
Norma was the wife of Charles Noecker to whom she was married for 39 years.
She was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and attended flight school.
Norma was employed as a stocker for Hills and worked in the cafeteria at Schuylkill Haven High School.
She was a member of Faith Reformed United Church of Christ, Landingville.
Norma courageously fought her second bought with cancer for 22 months.
In addition to her husband, Norma is survived by a son, Joshua Noecker and two daughters, Melissa and Amanda Noecker.
Norma is preceded in death by her great aunt and uncle, Blanche and Earl Schaeffer; brother, Robert Riegel; and son, Brandon Noecker who passed away on November 2nd, 2021.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 13th at Faith Reformed United Church of Christ, Landingville with Pastor James Fidler officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
Interment will be private at the family's convenience.

Born in Mahanoy Plane, December 6, 1929, he was a son of the late John and Mary Wasylchuck Shpakovsky. He was a graduate of the former Frackville High School, class of 1947.
John was a US Army veteran of the Korean War attaining the rank of sergeant; he served with the artillery unit of the Second Army Area.
He worked for Carpenter Technology, Reading for 30 years as a machine operator; he drove the Mister Softee ice cream truck in the 1960’s; he was loved by everyone and was known as Mister Softee.
John was a devout Christian, and his faith was strong in our Lord and Savior. His prayer was that everyone would know Jesus personally.
John was supportive to his children and loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years Gertrude F. Blackwell Shpakovsky, in 2022; two brothers; Fredrick and Michael Shpakovsky.
John is survived by his children; daughter, Tammy Sausser and husband Randy; son, John Shpakovsky and wife Susan, Cressona; son, Michael Shpakovsky and wife Christine, Frackville and daughter Lori Mack, Frackville; grandchildren; Derrick (Jacqueline) Mack, Briana (Allen) Yordy; Katie, Olivia and Sophia Shpakovsky; Moriah, Megan and Morgan Shpakovsky; Randy, Jr. and Tiana Sausser; great-grandchildren; Teagan, Magnolia and Autumn Yordy and Kiernan Mack; Sisters; Jule Shapawol, Doylestown and Alice Muscalus, Hummelstown; nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville.

Born Sunday, April 12, 1925 in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania the son of the late Adolph, and Alvina (Bergdahl) Gallery. Jim was also predeceased by his beloved wife, Catherine (Korinchock) Gallery; siblings, Elizabeth, and John Gallery.
Jim and Catherine, owned and operated Gallery's Automobile & Polaris Dealership in Ryan Twp. from 1960 to 2016. Jim served honorably in the United States Navy during WWII, and was a longtime member of the Ryan Township Volunteer Fire Company of Barnesville, and St. Richard's R.C.C..

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, October 15, 1958, a son of the late Angus Oxendine and Grace Klahre Shiley. Larry was a 1976 graduate of Williams Valley High School.
He was currently employed at Kaster Exteriors, where he had a strong work ethic and took great pride in his work.
Larry had a passion for collecting things and had various impressive collections including toys, matchboxes, vintage clothing, and Orioles and NASCAR memorabilia. He was an avid sports fan, the Steelers and Orioles being his favorite teams. When not working Larry could often be found weightlifting or spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepson, Dakota Kulp, July 19, 2015.
Surviving are his companion of 32 years, Tina Kulp; a daughter, Laramie Oxendine, Wiconisco; a brother, Michael Oxendine and his wife Sandra, Lykens; numerous nephews including Matthew and Marc Oxendine; a great niece and nephew, Ruby and Montgomery.
A Celebration of Larry's Life will be announced in the near future.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Dimon Funeal Home, 644 E. Grand Avenue, Tower City.

Robert R. Schultz, 59, of Minersville, passed away Wednesday, July 3rd, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Pa..
Robert was born in Long Beach, California on July 27, 1964, a son of the late Jeanette Mary Schultz and Not ascertianble . He was the husband of Kelly Schultz. He served in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his wife, Kelly, Robert is survived by three daughters, McKenna Johnson, Heather Mulligan, and Kayla Fockler.
Robert is also survived by grandchildren Breydan Stine, Corvin Fockler, Gamelyn Stine All Services are private Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc., Minersville entrusted with the arrangements.
