Two Face Retail Theft Charges for Stealing from the St. Clair Walmart

Two people face charges retail theft for stealing from the St. Clair Walmart in separate incidents.

According to St. Clair Police, Benjamin Ginck, 21, of Ranshaw has been charged with retail theft for stealing $755 worth of product from the store on March 10th, 2024.  

St. Clair Police have also charged Mohamed Ali, 38, of Pottsville with retail theft after stealing $890.48 worth of merchandise on April 17th, 2024.

The charges were filed for both cases on July 12th, 2024.

Both will appear before Magisterial District Judge Plachko on August 6th, 2024 for preliminary hearings.
