Llewellyn Scout Achieves Eagle Scout Honor

A Schuylkill County teenager has reached the pinnacle of scouting.

Connor Czarick of Llewellyn was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout on Saturday in Branch Township. The ceremony, attended by family, friends, fellow scouts, and local dignitaries, celebrated Czarick's dedication to scouting.

For his Eagle Scout Service Project, Czarick constructed a food preparation station for the Jefferson Grange Lodge. The station will be used at their Schuylkill County Fair stand. Czarick expressed his gratitude to those who helped him complete the project, including Jeff and Greg Hubler, and Brandon Witmer. He also presented mentor pins to several individuals who supported his journey.

State Representative Tim Twardzik and retired Pennsylvania State Police Lieutenant Michael Sadusky were in attendance. Master of Ceremonies Seth Hubler also presented Czarick with a citation on behalf of State Senator Dave Argall.
