Mahanoy Area Chamber Welcomes New Business to Mahanoy City

MAHANOY CITY, PA – On Saturday morning, the Mahanoy Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the growth of local business with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Millie’s Multiservice, a new addition to Mahanoy City’s business landscape.

The event, held at 301 East Pine Street, marked the official opening of Mildred Perez’s new venture.

Mildred Perez, known as Millie to her clients, has been a notary public for over a decade in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Now, she has expanded her services by opening Millie’s Multiservice, a one-stop shop offering notary services and a variety of other essential community needs. With her experience and dedication to customer service, Perez is eager to serve the borough’s residents.

The ribbon-cutting event was a nod to the spirit of entrepreneurship that is beginning to thrive in Mahanoy City.

The Mahanoy Area Chamber of Commerce, joined by Representative Dane Watro, organized the ceremony to highlight the importance of supporting local businesses and encouraging growth in the borough.

Jeffrey Bowers, President of the Mahanoy Area Chamber of Commerce, expressed his excitement about the opening of Millie’s Multiservice. “We welcome all new businesses to Mahanoy City. We want to build back the business community and we love to watch it grow,” said Bowers. “Millie’s Multiservice is a great addition to our town, and we look forward to seeing it grow.”

Following the ribbon cutting, Rep. Watro presented Perez with a certificate of recognition.

Millie’s Multiservice offers more than just notary services; it provides a wide range of offerings that cater to the diverse needs of the community.
