Schuylkill Chamber's Chivinski Completes Third Year of Leadership Program


Samantha Chivinski, Executive Vice President of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, has reached a milestone in her professional development.

Chivinski has successfully completed her third year at the Institute for Organization Management, a leadership training program offered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. This four-year program takes place at Northeast Institute at Villanova University.

Chivinski is among a select group of leaders being recognized for their dedication to professional growth and organizational success.

“Institute graduates are recognized across the country as leaders in their industries and organizations,” said Raymond P. Towle, IOM, CAE, the U.S. Chamber’s vice president of Institute for Organization Management. “These individuals have the knowledge, skills, and dedication necessary to achieve professional and organizational success in the dynamic association and chamber industries.”

Since its inception in 1921, the Institute has been a cornerstone for developing top-tier leaders in the nonprofit sector. The program offers a curriculum covering leadership, advocacy, marketing, finance, and membership development.

By completing this program, Samantha Chivinski and other graduates are equipped to enhance their organizations and drive positive change within the community.
