Norman was born in Pottsville, on February 14, 1939, a son of the late Marcella (Shugdas) and John Chimahusky.
He was a graduate of Minersville High School Class of 1957.
Norm served as Medic in the U.S. Army. Before his retirement he was a heavy equipment operator.
He was a Charter Member of the former Ten Acre Gun Club. A Dirt track enthusiast, former owner of a race car, enjoyed NASCAR at Daytona International Speedway, and truly enjoyed his campsite on the Susquehanna River.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Rhody. Norman is also survived by two brothers, John C. Chimahusky, and Gerald Chimahusky. A sister, Joan Humel. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews
All Services are private at the convenience of family. Interment at Saint Stanislaus Kostka #2.

Diane P Wolfe, age 61, of Sacramento, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Tower Health West Reading Hospital.
She was born on Monday, April 1, 1963, in Pottsville, a daughter of the late Edward J Bosack, Sr. and the late Helen (Grava) Bosack.
She was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School.
Diane was first employed at Alcoa Aluminum, Cressona and then was a janitor for the Tri-Valley School District.
She was of the Catholic Faith.
She was a member of the Gratz VFW and the Erdman Sportsman's Association. Diane enjoyed traveling, playing bingo, going to wine festivals, and spending time with her family and pets.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Verna Jean Petrozino.
She is survived by her husband Glen A Wolfe, to whom she was married for 18 years.
She is also survived by a daughter, Amy Belkhoutout and her husband Tarik of Pottsville; two grandsons, Erik Leffew and Mustafa Belkhoutout both of Pottsville; a granddaughter, Najlaa Belkhoutout of Pottsville; three brothers, Edward Bosack, Jr of Minersville, Joseph Bosack of Minersville, and Thomas Bosak of Honey Brook; a brother in law, Dave Petrozino of Llewellyn; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc, Valley View, on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 11:00 am with Rev. Robert Cassel officiating.
A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Queen of the Universe Cemetery, Pottsville.

Miriam A. Wagner, 82, of Pottsville, PA, passed away Wednesday, August 21st, surrounded by her loving family, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born in Freeland, PA on August 31, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Edward E. & Alberta (Brobst) Davis.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bloomsburg State College and her Master's Degree from Kutztown State College.
Miriam had retired from Pottsville Area High School (PAHS) as a math teacher after an almost 40 year career. She was a beloved teacher who impacted the lives of thousands of students. While at PAHS she founded and advised the Mu Alpha Theta Math Club and served as the advisor to the school’s American Field Service club for many years. Following her retirement she continued her passion of teaching for many years tutoring math students.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Harry E. Davis and Robert D. Davis.
Miriam is survived by her daughter, Valerie Bedard, of Salem, MA; son, Howard J. Wagner, of North Port, FL; sister, Marjorie L. Beck, of Allentown, PA; and, three grandchildren: Meiling Bedard, Nathan Wagner, and Sarah Wagner.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 24th at First United Methodist Church, 330 W. Market St., Pottsville, officiated by Pastor John Wallace. A viewing will be held at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
Interment will be privately held at Freeland Cemetery, Freeland, PA.

Ernest A. Rolshausen, 96, of Cressona, passed away Tuesday, August 20th, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.
Born in Pottsville on December 26, 1927, he was a son of the late Karl & Marie (Lechans) Rolshausen.
He was the widower of Lois M. (Richards) Rolshausen. The couple was married nearly 62 years before her passing on October 26, 2017.
In addition to his parents and wife, Ernie is also preceded in death by his daughter, Suanne Foose, siblings: Carl Rolshausen, & Helen Ebling, and son-in-law, Randy Reed.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Pottsville. Ernie was a life member of the Cressona Lodge No. 222 Free & Accepted Masons, and American Legion Post #38, Schuylkill Haven.
He had worked as a machine operator for Pottsville Bleach & Dye, Port Carbon.
A loving father, grandfather, & great-grandfather, Ernie is survived by two daughters, Kate, wife of Mike Bowers, of Sweet Arrow Lake; & Cindy L. Reed, wife of Daniel McNabb, of Port Clinton, grandchildren: Jessica Hummel, wife of Charles, Jamie Mowrey, wife of Nathan, & Brad Bowers, great-grandchildren: Holly Mowrey, Gabe, & Caleb Hummel, and nieces & nephews.
Ernie loved fishing, cutting grass and a cold can of Yuengling Premium. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He loved to drive his Ford Ranger around Cressona and habitually stopped at Burger King each morning for a cup of coffee.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 27th at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona with Pastor Ron Schultz officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
Interment will follow at Cressona Cemetery, Cressona.

On February 24, 1938,he was born at the Locust Mountain Hospital, Shenandoah Heights to the late Corporal Trooper Laurence and Margaret (Thomas) O'Rourke.
He was a 1955 graduate of West Mahanoy Township. At age 17, he joined the U.S. Navy and achieved the rank of Air Controller - 3rd class. Recently, on July 26th, he proudly carried the Navy flag at Knoebel's concert salute to veterans.
In three years, he completed a four-year B.S. in Education degree at East Stroudsburg State College. He taught school at Blue Mountain Area School District for 36 years. For many years he enjoyed announcing various sporting events for WPPA and T102. After retiring, he was a part-time court clerk at the Schuylkill County courthouse.
In previous years, he enjoyed hunting with several friends. He recently liked to travel and was able to visit most of the 50 states. He visited Germany, with cousins. He made two trips to Ireland and also one to Wales to meet his "Welsh" Thomas relatives.
In 2015 he was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame - Jerry Wolman Northern Anthracite Chapter. He was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven, for 58 years.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart, Joyce Phillips, a daughter, Jennifer and her husband Carsten Brueninghaus of Rockland, Maine, along with their twin sons Ryan and Sean. He is also survived by a niece, Heather, wife of Chad Baker and a nephew, Sean, as well as many cousins.
In 2011, he was preceded in death by his son Larry, a victim of ALS, and in 2022 by his brother Thomas (Tim) O'Rourke and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be an evening viewing Sunday, August 25th from 5-7 PM at the Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home, Inc., Orwigsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, August 26th at 10:30 AM at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven. There will also be a viewing in the church chapel from 9:15 until 10:15 AM
Interment will follow in Annunciation BVM Cemetery , Shenandoah

Barry L. Knorr Jr., age 51, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Medical Center East Norwegian, Pottsville.
He was born on Saturday, November 18, 1972, in Pottsville, a son of Linda L (Moser) Wetzel and the late Barry L Knorr, Sr.
He was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
Barry was a collector of Minnions and loved his family and his cat.
He is survived by his wife Denise (Klinger) Knorr, of Pottsville.
He is also survived by his mother Linda L Wetzel and her husband John of Pitman; three sons, Daniel Knorr of Jacksonville, FL, Adam Knorr of Tower City, Zakery Knorr of Pottsville; three grandchildren, Sebastian Knorr, Riley Rose Knorr, and Greyson Knorr; a brother, Jason Knorr and his wife Melissa of Hagerstown, MD; and a sister, Melissa Eisele and her husband William of Valley View.
Services will be held at a later date.
