A driver was flown to the hospital after a crash on Route 209 on Sunday evening.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred just before 7:45pm on Route 209 just west of Mining Trail in Walker Township.
According to a report from police, Allen Tracy, 18, of Tamaqua traveling east in a Dodge Journey on Route 209 as Corin Moorman, 32, of Brockton, was traveling west in a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross.
Police say Tracy crossed the double yellow and into westbound traffic and struck Moorman head-on.
Tracy suffered injurie that required him to be airlifted to an area hospital.
A passenger of Moorman's, Sarah Moorman, 30, also of Brockton also sustained injuries and transported to the hospital via ambulance.
No other injuries were reported.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
Tracy will be cited for the crash.
