Firefighters are at the scene of a working house fire in the city of Pottsville.
Around 9:00pm, Friday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the 1300 Block of West Norwegian Street in Pottsville for smoke coming from a home.
An investigation by the first chief on scene led to the finding of a working fire in the roof of the home at 1327 West Norwegian Street.
By 9:15pm, the fire was marked under control.
Schuylkill Haven and Minersville units responding are being diverted to a vehicle fire 18 Yorkville Road for a working vehicle fire. The vehicle is reported to be a hybrid.
