A Hazleton woman died from injuries she suffered in a fire two weeks ago.
According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio, Lisa Thompson, 59, of Hazleton died on Sunday, September 29th, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest.
Buglio reported that Thompson died due to inhalation of Products of Combustion due to a house fire.
Thompson was transported to the hospital on September 15th, 2024, after a fire in the 600 Block of Peace Street in Hazleton, Luzerne County.
