The Mahanoy City Police Department is investigating an attempted arson in the borough.
Police say the incident occurred on Monday September 2nd, 2024, around 1:40am near the intersection of 6th & E Market Streets.
Mahanoy City Police posted a video of the suspect they say appears to have a neck tattoo along with tattoos on both arms and is wearing a Wendy's Good Night Nugs T-shirt.
