PennDOT maintenance forces will be conducting milling and paving operations, resulting in lane restrictions for both southbound and northbound traffic.
From September 23 to September 25, 2024, work will take place on the southbound lanes between Exit 116 (PA 901) and Exit 112 (PA 25) between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM each day. Lane restrictions will be in effect.
On September 26, 2024, the same section of Interstate 81 will undergo milling and paving on the northbound lanes during the same hours, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with lane restrictions in place.
