Juarbe is described as 5’3” tall and weighs 103 pounds with light skin, Hispanic, and frequently changes hair color, at last report her hair was dyed red.
Initially reported to have willingly run away with her boyfriend who is 21 years of age and goes by the name “Damani”. The pair is believed to be in the Reading area.
Police say recent developments in the investigation indicate Juarbe may be in danger or is possibly being held against her will.
