The Schuylkill County Coroner's Office was called to the scene of a crash in Girardville on Saturday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 1:45pm, near the intersection of West Main Street and Silver Street.
Witnesses to the crash reported the driver of the pickup truck was travelling east on Main Street and veered across the incoming lane and struck 2 parked vehicles in the 300 Block of West Main.
Early reports were the driver suffered a medical emergency.
Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak was called to the scene and pronounced the male victim at the scene at 2:49pm.The Pennsylvania State Police were at the scene investigating.
Responding to the scene were the Rangers Hose Company, Girard Hose Company, along with EMS from the Washington Ambulance and Area Services.
West Main Street was closed while the scene was investigated. The road is expected to reopen around 3:30pm.
