She is now reunited with her husband- Gerry Donnelly, her parents- John and Stephanie “Dolly” Malek Mendofik, her brothers- Eddie and Mike Mendofik, her brothers in law- Pete Anderson and Paul Fisher, along with countless family and friends who have gone to their glory.
Chrissy was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 23, 1966. She moved to Ringtown with her family in the summer of 1967. She spent her childhood in Ringtown/Brandonville and teen years in West Hazleton. After graduation in 1984 from West Hazleton High School, she moved back to Brooklyn, where she met and married her husband- Gerry Donnelly. Together they moved back to Pennsylvania where they blessedly welcomed their three sons- Patrick, Peter, and Jon Donnelly and their four grandchildren- Hunter, Dillon, Gabriel, and Mya.
Chrissy fought the cancer battle for many years, but in the end, she lost the war.
She leaves behind many loved ones, the greatest being her World, her 3 sons- Patrick and companion Jewels, Peter and companion Kate, and Jon with his wife Alicia. Her 4 grandchildren- Hunter, Dillon, Gabriel, and Mya. Her love, Jack Barrett. Also surviving is her brother Paul and wife Molly, her 3 sisters- Vicki, Terrie and husband Steve, and Michelle with husband Tom, sisters in law- Mary Anderson, and Tricia Mooney with husband Tommy. 43 nieces and nephews, 26 great nieces and nephews, 9 godchildren, along with her beasties and besties who have stood by her side through laughter and tears.
A visitation for family and friends will take place on Tuesday, October 1st from 4 to 7pm at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Chrissy requests that those attending come dressed casually.
Chrissy and her loved ones would like to thank Dr. David Moylan and the entire staff and Simon Kramer Institute and Dr. Ivor Lewis and staff at LVHN for their amazing and compassionate care during this time. Also, a special thank you to the Oravitz family and the pharmacy staff at Rite Aid in Shenandoah.
Chrissy is requesting in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the continued education of her grandchildren or memorial donations to the Simon Kramer Cancer Institute, New Philadelphia, Pa.

Christina Marie Covach, 53, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, September 17th in Ashland.
Born in North Hollywood, CA on March 27th, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Justine Tucker.
Christina is survived by a son, Michael J. Covach; a brother, Christopher Hayden; a sister, Carol Haydon; and grandchildren, Aydenn, Michael, Tristan, and Shay.
In addition to her mother, Christina is preceded in death by a daughter, Sophia Marie Enloe.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Dorothy M. (Taylor) Langon, 93, former longtime resident of Girardville passed away early Friday morning at Orwigsburg Center surrounded by her family.
