Linda P. Ney, 74, of Port Carbon, passed away Thursday, September 5th, at Schuylkill Center Nursing Home, Pottsville.
Born in Lavelle on October 4, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Ulavage) and Enoch Werzinsky.
Linda was the widow of John T. Ney.
She was a graduate of Ashland High School.
Linda was employed as a retail clerk at a craft store.
Linda is survived by a daughter, Linda S., wife of Charles Fees, of Port Carbon; a granddaughter, Emily Fees; and siblings.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Born in Pottsville, on July 28, 1967, he was the son of Joan (Brennan) Klein and the late Robert Klein.
He was a 1988 graduate of Pottsville High School and a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville.
Bob worked at The Avenues Greenhouse for over 25 years.
He was a member of the Allied Artists, the Schuylkill County Woodcarvers, and the Wednesday Afternoon Painters, of Hazleton. Bob was a very avid Star Trek fan and based some of his paintings on that series. He especially enjoyed artwork and won several awards for his paintings. He also enjoyed singing with the Avenues Choir.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel, in 2015.
Bob is survived by his mother Joan; brother, Dennis; his dear buddy and cousin, John Chris Grigalonis, who was a great supporter of Bob throughout his life; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephew.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 10th, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 913 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, with Father Kevin J. Bobbin officiating.
A viewing will be held on Monday evening, September 9th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Lord - Bixler Funeral Home, Inc., 1818 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, and also on Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the procession will leave for church.
Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Pottsville.

Arlene M. Dolla, 89, of Tremont, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 in the Tremont Health & Rehab Center.
Born on May 18, 1935 in Tremont, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Charlotte Kimmel Crone.
She was a member of Echo Valley Grace Brethren Church.
Arlene was a folder at the former Bestocks in Tower City.
Preceding her in death were her first husband Robert Donald Williams; two brothers, Robert and William Crone; and three sisters, Verna Barnyock, Marian Thompson and Dianne Zimmerman.
Surviving are two sons, Bob Williams of Newtown, Dwayne Williams of Reading; two daughters, Wanda Williams of Nazareth and Angela Dolla of Pottsville; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
All Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Manbeck's Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.
