Charles L. Kukuk, 62, of Valley View, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 at his home.

Charlie was born on Saturday, March 17, 1962, a son of the late Charles L. Sr. and Margaret Long Kukuk. He attended Tri-Valley High School.

He was a United States Army Veteran.

Charlie was a retired truck driver.

He was a member of the Valley View Gun Club, Herndon Fire Company, and the Erdman Sportsman Club.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Tara Kukuk, and a sister, Debra Lawyer.

Surviving are his children, Russell Kukuk and Erica Johnson; sisters, Yvonne Fuhrman, Treasa Perrier, and Rose Snyder; a granddaughter, Vanessa; numerous nieces and nephews.

Following Charlie's wishes, there will be no formal services.

The Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Tower City has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Dennis M Fetterolf
, age 76, of Creek Road, Klingerstown, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born on Tuesday, August 3, 1948, in Klingerstown, a son of the late Mark D Fetterolf and the late Lorraine C (Reinoehl) Fetterolf.

He was a 1966 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.

Dennis was a lifelong self employed farmer and a welder for several area business.

He was a member of Christ Evangelical and Reformed Church, Leck Kill.

He was also a member of the Mahantongo Fire Company, Klingerstown Fire Company, and Woodman of the World, Pitman.

Dennis enjoyed going to the Dutch Fersammling, hunting, farming, and restoring old trucks and tractors.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Carol E Hess.

He is survived by his wife Ruby D (Adams) Fetterolf, to whom he was married for 31 years.

He is also survived by three sons, Michael D (Julie) Fetterolf of Shamokin, James S (Melissa) Strohecker of Red Cross, and Jeremy A (Sara) Strohecker of Pitman; three daughters, Samantha J (Jason) Corvino of Lancaster, Janie M (Curt) Andrews of Pine Grove, and Jessica L (Ben) Snyder of Herndon; thirteen grandchildren; a great granddaughter; sister, Peggy G(Herb) Borchert of Valley View; brother, David M Fetterolf of Klingerstown; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc., Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.

Judith E Barnhardt
, age 81, of Valley View, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born on Wednesday, February 10, 1943, in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late John McKinley and the late Edna D (Burd) McKinley.

Judy was a 1961 graduate of Lock Haven High School and a graduate of State Beauty School, Williamsport.

She was a self employed beautician prior to her retirement.

She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View.

She was also a member of the Valley View Gun Club, past member of Erdman Sportsman's Assoc, and a past member of the Ex Servicemen Club, Valley View.

Judy enjoyed crafts, trips to Florida, needle point, baking, and dancing. She was famous for her homemade cinnamon rolls..

She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph D Muthler, and a brother, Jack McKinley.

She is survived by her husband Thomas D Barnhardt, to whom she was married for 10 years.

She is also survived by two sons, William C Muthler, Jr of Mackeyville, and Timothy J Muthler of Beech Creek; two daughters, Rebecca S Loner and her companion Tracy of Jersey Shore and Ashley E Muthler of Jersey Shore; three step sons, Zachary W Barnhardt of Kentucky, Dale T Barnhardt and his companion Melissa of Maryville, TN, and Josh M Barnhardt and his wife Stacey of Pottsville; twelve grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Suzanne Elliott officiating.

A viewing will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday at the church.

Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View.
