On Saturday, the Schuylkill Historical Society opened its doors and allowed the public in to tour their facilities in Mahanoy City and Shenandoah.
Their warehouse in Mahanoy City is full of apparatus that at one point were the workhorses of our communities.
Kids and adults had the chances to explore the apparatus and speak with members about the organization and tell stories of their time on the trucks.
