Police Seek Help Identifying Suspect in Porter Township Break-In


The Pennsylvania State Police from Schuylkill Haven are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in a residential break-in early Friday morning.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, on October 4, 2024, at approximately 1:40 a.m., an unknown male entered a home located in the 1600 block of East Grand Avenue in Porter Township, Schuylkill County. The suspect reportedly gained access through the back door of the residence.

Authorities have released an image of the individual taken from security footage and are urging anyone who can help identify him to come forward. The police did not specify whether any items were taken or if anyone was home at the time of the break-in.
