Andrew Philip Kilkenny
, 24, of Johnsonville, SC and formerly of Shenandoah, PA, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

Andrew was born in Upper Darby, PA, the son of Nicole Kilkenny Gonzalez (Michael). He played football in kindergarten until the 7th grade and enjoyed playing soccer, basketball and wrestling. Andrew took pride in being a junior firefighter and a blood donor. He attended Shenandoah Valley PA schools until he transferred in the 11th grade and graduated from Solanco High School in Lancaster County PA. He was a trade educated diesel mechanic and welder who moved to Johnsonville 3 months ago to make a better life for his family. Andrew was currently working at Bluemax Trucking in Conway. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and tinkering with anything.

Andrew is survived by his mother Nicole and his step-father Michael; his girlfriend, Stormy Workman; a daughter, Elena Kilkenny; his maternal grandmother, Eileen Pfaff; and his siblings, Matthew Matsuk, Tabitha Kilkenny, Vanessa Kilkenny, Michael Gonzalez, Kayla Gonzalez, Shaina Gonzalez and Tharen Tabourn.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 13th from 2 to 4pm at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah.

Robert W. Trezise
, 72 of New Minersville, died Saturday at Green Valley Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Pottsville.

He was born January 1, 1950 in Pottsville a son of the Robert and Ruth Hopkins Trezise.

He was a graduate of Minersville High School.

Prior to retiring Rob work as mechanic for many auto and body shops in the area.

Surviving are his children, Robin Koch and Ron, Schuylkill Haven; Eric Trezise, Cressona; and Jeremy Trezise and his wife Erin, St. Clair; 7 grandchildren; a sister Laurie Trezise.

Service of Remembrance will be held Friday at 11AM from the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10AM until the time of services. Interment will be in Mount Peace Cemetery, Minersville.

William A. Shive
, 87, of Tresckow, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Oct. 14th at 11 a.m. in Church of All Saints, McAdoo. Calling hour from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. A private burial will follow.

The Damiano Funeral Home, Inc., McAdoo, is assisting the family.
