FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 degrees will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...The following Pennsylvania counties:

• Bedford
• Blair
• Centre
• Clinton
• Columbia
• Fulton
• Huntingdon
• Juniata
• Lycoming
• Mifflin
• Montour
• Northumberland
• Schuylkill
• Snyder
• Union

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
