Ronald was a a member of the Faith Church, Orwigsburg.
In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Carla M. (Deiter) Zweizig, who passed away in 2020 and also a grandson, Russell Ridge IV.
Ronald worked as an auto mechanic at Walmart, St. Clair.
Ronald is survived by his son, Bill Deiter of Pottsville, his son, Thomas Whalen, of Blandon, his daughter, Jolene Smith of Pottsville, his daughter, Crystal Robbins of Pottsville, his daughter, Heather Vidal of Pottsville, his son Ronald Zweizig, Jr. of Pottsville, his son, Christopher Zweizig of Ashley, his sister, Donna Dayson, of Schuylkill Haven, his brother, Kenneth Zweizig, Jr. of Lavelle, his brother, Jim Zweizig of Schuylkill Haven, his brother, Ray Zweizig of Pottsville, his sister, Barbara Dayson of Pine Grove, his brother, Russ Zweizig of Schuylkill Haven, 22 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Faith Church in Orwigsburg at 11AM with Pastor Doug Cresswell and Pastor Jim Sidler, officiating. Relatives and friends may call from 10AM to 11AM at the Faith Church in Orwigsburg. Interment will be in the Cressona Cemetery.
Sharon Marie Mullin, 58, of Pottsville, passed away Friday, November 15th, at Pottsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
Sharon was born in Pottsville, Pa. on January 24, 1966, a daughter of Georgine (Bauers) Curtier and Joseph J. Marnickas.
She was the wife of Ross S. Mullin.
Sharon was a Graduate of Evangelical Theological Seminary of Myerstown
Pastor Sharon ministered the Zion Baptist Church of Mahanoy City from 2005-2023. In addition to her husband, Ross, Sharon is survived by her parents, Georgine Curtier and Joseph J. Marnickas, as well as her step-mother, Angelina Marnickas. A daughter, Stephanie, wife of Josh Cappel, and a son, Kyle, husband of Natalie Mullin.
Sharon is also survived by her grandchildren, Kota Cappel, and River Mullin
She was preceded in death by a Brother, Joseph Scott Marnickas, and her Step-father, Joseph Curtier.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, November 23, at the First Congregational Church of Minersville, with Dr. Ken Miller officiant.
All are respectfully invited to attend a visitation at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service.

Mrs. Fern E. Osenbach, 92, of Tamaqua, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lehighton, PA. She was preceded in death by her late husband Paul H. Osenbach. She is survived by five children, Dale, Ronald, Randy, Kevin and Judy Rosa; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be private at the request of the family.
Interment will be held at Zion’s Stone Church Cemetery, New Ringgold, PA at the convenience of the family, with Rev. Russell Campbell and Rev. James Seifert officiating. Hartman Funeral Home, New Ringgold, is entrusted with arrangements.
Raymond D. “Pete” Guers, 85, of Shenandoah Heights, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at his home.
Born in Shenandoah on May 25, 1939, he was the son of the late Louis and Pauline (Huss) Guers.
Pete was a 1957 graduate of the former J.W. Cooper High School in Shenandoah and worked many years as an extrusion operation until his retirement. He was a lifelong member of the Shenandoah Heights Fire Company, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan.
Besides his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Catherine A. Guers in 2021, his 2 brothers- Daniel and Richard, and his sister- Virginia Najda.
Surviving family includes his son- Raymond Guers with his wife Ellen of Shenandoah Heights; his 2 daughters- Deborah Hetherington with her husband Randy of Texas and Nancy Downs with her husband Brent of Reinholds; his two brothers- Robert Guers with his wife Patsy of Shenandoah and John Guers of Shenandoah Heights; his sister- Barbara Guers of Shenandoah; 6 grandchildren- Allison and Hanna Hetherington, Kyle and Riley Guers, Dawson and Dakota Downs; along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 22nd from 8 to 10am at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Services will be conducted at 10am in the funeral home with burial to immediately follow in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
Memorial donations in Pete’s memory may be kindly given to the Shenandoah Heights Fire Company, 148 Swatara Rd., Shenandoah, Pa, 17976
