St. Clair Police Announce Charges for Retail Thefts

 The St. Clair Police Department has announced the charging of several people for retail thefts.

The following people have been charged recently with retail theft at the listed stores and the date the incident occurred.

  • 11/25/2023 - Ricky Lee Morris, 64, of White Haven - Charged for stealing $720.80 worth of merchandise from Lowes
  • 11/25/2023 - Peter Fairchild, 50, of Mountain Top Charged for stealing $649 worth of merchandise from Lowes
  • 05/20/2024 - Toni Ashanay Marshall, 28, of Detroit, Michigan - Charged for stealing 2 Apple Watches, worth $658 
  • 07/27/2024 - Jolena Deeter, 37, of Pottsville - Charged for concealing $36.94 worth of merchandise in her purse from Walmart
  • 08/31/2024 - David Richard Cook, 32, of Pottsville - Charged for stealing $236.31 worth of merchandise from Walmart
  • 08/31/2024 - Gina Marie Borelli, 31, of Pottsville - Charged for stealing $236.31 worth of merchandise from Walmart
  • 10/01/2024 - Alicia Singley, 48, of Schuylkill Haven - Charged for stealing $154.10 worth of merchandise from Walmart
  • 10/11/2024 - Ashley Chae Duran, 27, of Shenandoah - Charged for under-ringing $153.35 worth of merchandise from Walmart
  • 10/11/2024 - Kyra Nicole Honsby, 28, of Mahanoy City - Charged for under-ringing $153.35 worth of merchandise from Walmart
  • 10/31/2024 - Patricia Elizabeth Heckman, 77, of Minersville - Charged for failing to pay for $155.65 worth of merchandise from Walmart.  Heckman was also charged with criminal trespass after being told not to return to the store for a previous retail theft incident.
