The Tri-Valley Lions Club is proud to announce Mia Artz as the Outstanding Student of the Arts for November 2024. Mia, a senior at Tri-Valley High School, was selected for her exceptional talent in music, particularly her skills with the clarinet and singing.
Mia, the daughter of Rachel and Tim Artz, resides in Spring Glen. She stands out not only for her musical achievements but also for her dedication across various school and extracurricular activities. At school, Mia is a valued member of several clubs and organizations, including Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Book Club, Marching and Senior Band, National Honor Society, Varsity Softball and Soccer, Drama Club, Spanish Honor Society, and Senior Chorus.

Additionally, she serves on the Schuylkill County Junior Advisory Board, demonstrating her commitment to civic engagement and leadership.
After graduation, Mia plans to attend a four-year college, where she will major in neuroscience and Spanish, with the ultimate goal of becoming a doctor.
