Schuylkill County Law Enforcement Seeks Shenandoah Man Wanted on Bench Warrant


Schuylkill County law enforcement is seeking the public's help in locating a fugitive last known to live in Shenandoah.

District Attorney Michael O’Pake's office, along with the Schuylkill County Detectives, has issued a request for assistance in finding 31-year-old Rashawn Allen Primer. Primer is describe as a Black male, standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 290 pounds.

Primer failed to surrender at the Schuylkill County Prison on October 22nd, as ordered by the Court of Common Pleas, to begin serving his sentence.

His original charges include Theft by Unlawful Taking of Movable Property and Receiving Stolen Property, both first-degree misdemeanors. 

Primer's last known address was 109 East Lloyd Street in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.
