Firefighters are battling fire and near zero temperatures early Monday at a house fire in Shenandoah.
Around 6:15am, Monday, emergency personnel were called to 231 New York Street in the borough of Shenandoah for a house fire.
With fire showing from the 3rd floor of the home, a working fire was advised, and a 2nd alarm was transmitted.
Units immediately went to work, but would be pulled out after the 2nd floor of the home reportedly collapsed.
As of 6:50am, firefighters are at the scene battling the fire defensively and protecting nearby structures.
